A

Associates

We use licensed associates who act as assistants to the stylists while they are learning and building their skills.  They are fully licensed cosmetologists who have completed 1-2 years of school, passed licensing tests and are in our education program where they received many opportunities for learning such as both in-house and industry-led classes.  They enable us to run on time and make services more efficient by shampooing for the stylists, combing out the hair, applying glazes at the end of the service and blow drying using methods we have taught them.  These associates are fast becoming stylists, are a great addition to our team, and complement the color services we are able to offer such as balayage which is labor intensive and requires an assistant.

Bronze Level

Bronze Level, Level 1, is our entry level of stylists for those who have recently completed our associate training program where they worked hand-in-hand daily with our talented stylists learning technical and customer service skills. They’ve completed a rigorous checklist of models and skill requirements and are ready to spread their wings and build their own clientele.

Silver Level

Silver Level, Level 2,  is our 2nd level of stylist at the salon, but these stylists have often been at the salon for a year or more as licensed associates in our education program and meeting the requirements of a Level 1 Stylist. They may have come from another salon and are in a period of assessment and growth at Blonde Faith.  They are performing work that is up to our standards at Blonde Faith, but are also growing their clientele. They are striving to achieve important benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and referrals from happy clients.

Gold Level

Gold Level, Level 3, is for stylists who are successfully growing their clientele OR who are experienced stylists but are new to Blonde Faith.  Their schedules are busy and they meet benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and referrals from happy clients.  These stylists will generally use licensed associates for shampooing, glazing and finish work.  Their prices are a bit lower than our highest level and appointments can usually be made sooner, but they are well on their way to becoming a top tier stylist at Blonde Faith.

Platinum Level

Platinum Level, Level 4, is in our top tier of stylists at Blonde Faith Salon. Their schedules are busy and they meet benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and referrals from happy clients.  These stylists almost always use licensed associates for shampooing, glazing and finish work yet perform all the details of the color and design themselves.

Diamond Level

Diamond Level, Level 5, includes our top stylists.  Their services are in demand, they book out several weeks in advance, have the most hands-on experience and meet other benchmarks such as customer satisfaction and referrals from happy clients.  They are booked all day, most every day, and will ALWAYS use licensed associates for shampooing and blow drying their clients, while performing all the intricate details of your color work and cutting personally.

Emerald Level

Emerald Level, Level 6, is reserved for stylists nearing the pinnacle of their career at Blonde Faith and meet or surpass all benchmarks for performance, client satisfaction, professionalism, leadership, contribution to the salon and loyalty to our brand. They are booked for many weeks out and ALWAYS utilize licensed associates for shampooing, glazing and blow drying their clients while performing the intricate details of color and cutting personally.

Ruby Level

Ruby Level, Level 7, is used for our premier stylists with the highest level of expertise. As a Ruby Level stylist, they have reached the pinnacle of their career at Blonde Faith, consistently exceeding benchmarks for performance, client satisfaction, professionalism, leadership, contribution to the salon, and loyalty to our brand. With a strong demand for her services, Ruby stylists are booked several weeks in advance, and they meticulously handle every intricate detail of color and cutting personally, while utilizing licensed associates for shampooing, glazing, and blowdrying.
