Krystal entered the industry because she wanted to be able to wake up in the morning and be happy to come to work. She's motivated by building relationships with her clients and making them feel good about themselves when they leave her chair.

Outside of work, Krystal enjoys doing fun activities and events with her two sons and creating new memories with the people closest to her.
